With over 25 years' experience in various capacities and across multiple industries Sonja is passionate about value engineering in SME businesses to help the owner to reach their personal and professional goals. As a Chartered Accountant, her strong financial management foundation provides an ideal vehicle to identify opportunities in all areas of business where small changes can have a big impact.

Having established and grown several SMEs herself, she can identify with the challenges SME owners face and offer advice from lived experience.

Sonja lives in Perth with her husband and son. She is keen to meet with SME owners to see if there is a mutually beneficial opportunity to work together.
